Are all pieces really one of a kind?
Yes, every single piece is truly one of a kind. Once something sells out, it's gone. I don't do automatic restocks, but if there's something you really loved and missed out on, just reach out through email or Instagram DM and I'll see what I can do! Keep in mind that custom or restock requests may take a little longer since I'll need to order the materials.
What are your pieces made of?
It depends on the style! Here's a quick breakdown:
- Beaded necklaces - made with rondelle beads, seed beads, and tarnish resistant clasps.
- Bandana necklaces - made with real bandanas that tie in a loose knot in the back, no clasp needed.
- Corded necklaces - made with cord and finished with a lobster claw clasp.
All pieces are lightweight and made to be worn every day.
How long does it take to receive my order?
All pieces are handmade to order, so please allow some time for me to make your piece before it ships. I'll always do my best to get it out to you as quickly as possible!
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
I don't offer returns or exchanges, but if something arrives wrong or damaged, please send me an email and I will happily sort it out and send you a new package. Your happiness matters to me!
Where do you ship?
Right now I'm shipping within the US only. Stay tuned for updates!
Can I place a custom order?
The Build Your Own Charm Bar is coming soon, but in the meantime you can absolutely place a custom order! Just send me an email or DM me on our Instagram and we'll figure it out together. Keep in mind custom orders may take a little longer since I may need to order specific materials.
How do I use a discount code?
Easy! Just enter your discount code at checkout and it will be applied to your order automatically.
